Laia Pérez Sorribes

Graduated in Environmental Biology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). Master’s in Terrestrial Ecology and Biodiversity Management (UAB). I have experience in population genomics, molecular ecology, and science communication. I am currently pursuing a PhD under the supervision of Dr. José Antonio Godoy. My project focuses on understanding the genetic mechanisms that help maintain or increase genetic diversity in threatened species, using the Iberian lynx as a model.
