I am a community ecologist and evolutionary biologist with experience in a wide range of topics, but focusing primarily on the patterns, mechanisms, and consequences of plant-animal interactions in humanized landscapes. I have accomplished my investigations on plant-animal interactions within ecological, microevolutionary, and applied frameworks. Animal-plant interactions lead to critical ecological services such as seed dispersal and pollination that are treated by the current scenario of global change; hence, I am also committed to conservation endeavors.
