Fred Allendorf is one of the founders of the modern Conservation
Genetics and his text books on conservation and population genetics are
a reference worldwide. He is now very involved in promoting the use of
genomics in conservation. Fred is visiting us after being the a plenary
speaker in the European Science Foundation congress ConGenOmics in Porto
last week.
