About the talk

During the talk, we will explore two independent long-term 8yr datasets subjected to the same precipitation regime annual plant grasslands and wild bee assemblages in shrublands of Doñana describing changes in species abundance across multiple locations. Considering the varying nature of species interactions and performance across space and timeWe I will describe why and how both systems responded similarly to changes in precipitation despite their disparate evolutionary backgrounds.

About the speaker

I am a community ecologist with a theoretical and data-based approach. I mainly study interaction networks and invasion graphs to understand how their temporal changes influence coexistence.
