Community composition of both host and helminth species differs as a function of spatial location. As a result, interactions between helminth parasites and their host species may vary spatially, with potential implications to species demographics and distributions. I use a global database of host-helminth interactions to explore spatial patterns in community composition, network structure, and the consistency of species roles in host-helminth interaction networks.
