My research explores the sex-specific consequences of harsh environments (such as pesticides and ionizing radiation) within and across generations. Using the seed beetle Callosobruchus maculatus as a study organism, I aim to better understand how these stressors influence individual fitness, life-history trade-offs, and population dynamics. I graduated in Biotechnology (BOKU Vienna) and Economics (WU Vienna), Austria, and previously modelled life-history dynamics of dung beetles in the Kalahari Desert.
