I am currently interested in how fire reshapes biodiversity, and what comes next. Using ant communities as model systems, I combine field ecology with integrative approaches to uncover the mechanisms driving community reassembly. My research is also shaped by interdisciplinary collaborations across genetics, physiology, parasitology, and, of course, myrmecology.
